My life's path has been shaped by a commitment to service and a deep love for the communities I've called home.
My Qualifications
I spent 13 years as a librarian, a role that taught me the most valuable skill a leader can have: knowing how to find the right answers. I have no problem admitting when I don't know something, because I am confident in my ability to research, learn, and find the information needed to make informed decisions. This is the same approach I will bring to the role of Braddock Supervisor. I am committed to understanding the complexities of our county and district, and I will always work to find the best solutions for our community.
Your Neighbor
I am more than a candidate; I am your neighbor. My daughters are the fourth generation of my family to grow up in the Ravensworth Farm area, and raising them on the same streets their father and grandparents did has been a true gift. I am actively involved in our community, volunteering in my daughters' school library, their classrooms, and at their swim meets.

My dedication to service extends to Fairfax County as well. I have had the privilege of volunteering with programs like the Parenting Empowerment Program and the Consolidated Community Funding Pool, both of which have a direct and positive impact on the well-being of our community members.
Born Into Service
Service is in my DNA. As a child, I followed my dad, a US Marine, to various places around the world. This experience of being a "military brat" instilled in me a profound appreciation for community and a deep-seated belief that we survive and thrive by supporting one another. Every job I have held has been a form of public service, and running for Braddock District Supervisor is a continuation of that lifelong commitment.
